Returns & Exchanges
For in-store exchanges, you will need to bring in a printed copy of your Order Confirmation email with you as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your exchange.
We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 7 days of the date of delivery /receipt.

Next up is the checkout process. Here, you’ll be prompted to choose your delivery option. After that, you can select your preferred payment method (for more information, please refer to our payment options).
Upon completion of your purchase, we’ll promptly send you an SMS or email to confirm that we’ve received your order. But that’s not all – we’ll also keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way. Happy shopping!
We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 7 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that:
The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase.
The price (swing) ticket is attached.
The item has not been worn or used.
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift.
No returns of swimming costume, underwear, boxers, panties or body suits will be permitted.
No returns of any body-piercing jewelry (including earrings) will be permitted.
No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted.
Any factory fault must be reported in 2 days on the received parcel thru our support email address.
To request a refund the parcel must be returned back within 4 working days after received.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all the criteria you need to follow the process below:
Returning online
Please note the following when returning: online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.zilliononline.co.za
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Please send back to the address below and will exchange and send back please write a clear not on the item you want to exchange saying which size, colour or item you want to exchange with.
You can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to the address below.
Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
We don’t accept a return after 7 working days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
zillion is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If a product is delivered to you that does not correspond to that of what was ordered (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered),we will arrange to collect the product from you, and they will deliver the correct product to you within a reasonable timeframe.
Returns are free of charge On The Incorrect Delivery but the original courier fee will not be refunded.
Returning in the store
Visit our stores and our staff will assist you with your return. Please note the original courier fee will not be refunded.
You will need to bring in an invoice for your Order that you receive with your package as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your return.
Gauteng province shipping Option: 2-3 working days – R100.00
All Other Province shipping Option: 3-7 working days – R150.00
Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your refund.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Bodysuits
Swimwear
Underwear
Lingerie
Worn items
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
Shipping fees
If the coupon code FINAL SALE is used
For all returns we issue exchange with same item or refund. courier service fee is not Refundable.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
