Once you’re in, feel free to explore our site and discover items that catch your eye. When you’ve made your choice, click on the “Add to Bag” button to secure your selection. Please note, some items may require you to pick your preferred colour and size.

Next up is the checkout process. Here, you’ll be prompted to choose your delivery option. After that, you can select your preferred payment method (for more information, please refer to our payment options).

Upon completion of your purchase, we’ll promptly send you an SMS or email to confirm that we’ve received your order. But that’s not all – we’ll also keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way. Happy shopping!

We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that:
The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase.
The price (swing) ticket is attached.
The item has not been worn or used.
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift. For more information please read our Returns Policy

For online purchases, return the item to the address provided using any courier. Shipping costs are your responsibility. Include a note clearly stating what you’d like in exchange (size, colour, or item). We are not liable for lost or stolen return parcels—keep your tracking info.

If you received the wrong item, we’ll collect it and send the correct one at no extra cost (original courier fees are non-refundable).

For in-store returns, bring your invoice and our staff will assist you. Delivery fees are not refunded.

To make a return submit your request to shop@zilliononline.co.za with your email address and order number and we will process your request.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items Items marked FINAL SALE
Sunglasses
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Underwear
Lingerie
Worn items
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
Shipping fees
If the coupon code FINAL SALE is used

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your refund.
