We provide reliable shipping through a trusted courier service to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: R100

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location. We strive to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully to ensure a smooth and easy process.


In-Store Returns & Exchanges

You are welcome to exchange items in-store within 7 days of delivery/receipt. Please ensure you bring:

  • A printed copy of your Order Confirmation Email or invoice as proof of purchase

  • The item(s) in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging

Our store team will gladly assist you with your exchange.


Online Returns

To return an online purchase, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging

  • You must cover the cost of return shipping

  • Please include a note indicating the item, size, or colour you would like in exchange

  • Send your parcel to our return address using any courier that delivers to our premises

Note: Zillion is not responsible for lost or stolen return parcels. Always retain your tracking number or proof of postage.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

Refunds & Exchange Conditions

We will allow a return provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Original invoice is provided

  • Price (swing) tag is attached

  • Item has not been worn or used

  • Item is returned in original condition and packaging

  • Promotional items are returned with the original product

If eligible, you may choose between a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please note: original courier/shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Swimwear

  • Underwear, boxers, panties, or bodysuits

  • Body-piercing jewellery (including earrings)

  • Sunglasses

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Worn items or items with signs of wear, scents, or deodorant

  • Shoes returned without original box or protective packaging

If a product is delivered to you in error (i.e. incorrect item), we will arrange for free collection and dispatch the correct item. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please report it to our support team within 2 days of delivery by emailing shop@zilliononline.co.za. For approved returns, we will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct or replacement item to you.

How to Return

To submit a return request:

  1. Email us at shop@zilliononline.co.za with your full name and order number

  2. Use our online returns portal (for orders placed on www.zilliononline.co.za only)

  3. Package your return securely and send it to our return address

  4. Please clearly indicate if you want a refund or an exchange, and specify the size/colour/item you would like in exchange
